1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Wrong item received

    • Missing parts or accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Exchange / Replacement Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at official.kidookart@gmail.com (or contact us via WhatsApp, if applicable) with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and, upon approval, arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after return pickup verification.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item delivered, Kidoo Kart will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If you want to return a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Important Notes

  • Do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our support team.

  • Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Kidoo Kart reserves the right to approve or reject a return request based on policy conditions.
