🔁 Exchange / Replacement
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
1.Email us at official.kidookart@gmail.com (or WhatsApp if applicable) with your order number and clear product photos.
2.Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days of approval.

💰 Refunds
•Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
•For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after pickup verification.
•Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping
•If the return is due to a defect, wrong product, or damage, Kidookart will cover the return shipping.
•For other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the buyer will bear return shipping costs.
